1.Plan, organize and direct the production. 計劃、組織和指導生產。
2.Assure production schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our customers’ expectations. 安排生產計劃，以保證達到客戶要求的生產標準。
3.Recording and managing all the lab related data. 記錄和整理實驗室相關數據。
4.Maintain individual skills keeping up to date with latest production. 及時更新和維護生產數據。
5.Overseeing the daily quality control operation, calibration of all equipment and control systems. 監督日常質量控制，調整設備和控制系統。
6.Coordinate the flow of information among various level of the lab, and customer communication external. 與實驗室各級別人員和外部客戶保持良好的協調溝通。
7.Responsible for the safety, hygiene of the lab. 負責管理實驗室的安全和衛生。
Working Requirement任職要求
1.Bachelor degree，prefer in Horticulture or related field. 本科以上學歷，園藝或生物技術專業優先。
2.Minimum three years work experience. 至少三年以上工作經驗。
3.Fluent in English, being able to communicate with foreign specialists. 英語流利，能和外國專家進行交流。
